I usually pump them up to about a 1 bar, enough that the hoses go hard but you don’t want to be causing any leaks haha. If you have an external leak you will soon find it. If it’s only a small leak then you may well need to leave it some time for it to develop. But firstly I would start by removing the under tray and cleaning off and drips ect so your starting fresh.

Worth checking bottom corners of the rad, common failure.
