Default V40 Cross Country Turbo Broke

I have a V40 Cross Country 2013, D3, and D5205 T6 with a mileage of around 160000 km.
In January this year, while driving, the turbocharger unexpectedly failed. The official Volvo service in my country suggested two potential causes: constant driving at 200 km/h or poor-quality engine oil. This has left me quite concerned and I'm eager to understand the root cause.
In all the past years, the guys from Volovo's official service have used 5W30, but last year we changed the company for the yearly regular service, and they've used 0W30. So my question is, can 0W30 engine oil be the cause of the problem?
