Thanks for the reply.

I went through everything again this morning, checking all connectors, took the crank pulley off and checked the timing. Put it all back, still no start. Then turned it over while spraying some easy start in, and she fired up and ran perfectly!

Driven around 30 miles and checked codes on Vida and all good.

No more tug boat sound either which was the ultimate aim.
