Not true. They failed to reset the BMS properly on my car when changing the battery with the result that it constantly nagged about low battery charge even though battery WAS at 80% charge and it kept charging voltage at a staggering 15V because it thought the battery was almost out of juice. Did a reset per the procedure in VIDA and left the car off for 6 hours as the instruction also said, been fine since.
