Definitely replace it.

On mine after the same problem, the PCV was perfectly, totally clear.

However, there is a banjo bolt on the underneath of the manifold that provides the vacuum to the system.
On the earlier cars, this is just a narrowed orifice, so under boost the crankcase is pressurised to some degree. Ok when new, but with 23 year old seals, not so good.
There is an upgraded banjo bolt with a check valve in it, that I highly recommend you fit in place of the original.
