Having changed the sensor yesterday, I am aware that, although there are controls on the steering wheel for cruise control, stereo/phone and also satnav inputs (at least 12 separate buttons) plus four wires to the airbag, the only hardwired interface between the wheel and the car are FOUR wires from the SAS. Or am I missing something? I am racking my brain here (it's late, dark, and i'm in my house not near the car) and I can't remember any other connections-oh, I forgot the horn...
So, either there's some huge multiplug somewhere that I never noticed, or all those controls from the wheel are sent down four wires...is that correct?
Tomorrow I'm going to put the original sas back on so will check what i am saying
