For the cars that aren't UK spec, possibly.
Plenty of imports nowadays from multiple car brands.
UK spec XC90's have 336mm front discs (as mentioned in this thread earlier). Although, taking the wheel off and measuring the discs to double check isn't rocket science either. Depending on the alloys it has, you might not even need to take the wheel off!
