And yes it is that pesky spinning collars. While I'm feeling annoyed I should remember to take them off my other cars.

It's a double edged sword - I need to adjust my parking brakes before getting it MOT'd.

It's very much a project car so have been trying to do it myself. I'm really not fussed about the damaging the wheel. If it scratches it I literally do not care at all. If it damages enough that it's an MOT failure then it's not ideal but I'm sure I could source a replacement at some point.
