They themselves said the Castrol wasn't suitable for the American 5 litre V8 they tested it in. Also the Castrol SLX and R versions they tested aren't available in this country. They're not on the Castrol technical data sheet list. So they're either old oils or the Americans have a different set of oils from Castrol.
Amsoil do make an oil that meets the A5/B5 spec though, but don't publish details of the addative package they put in it.
