@ilmiont: Depends whether you live in a high risk area, not much chance of alloy wheels being stolen now, crooks would rather target your catalytic convertor.

@ Georgeandkira: Correct procedure for tightening wheels is to
1. Nip all the bolts up
2. Torque all standard bolts to manufacturers recommended settings
3. Turn the torque wrench down a few Nm and tighten the lock bolt

There is no need or requirement for the lock nut to be as tight as the rest of the bolts
