Your used cars have always listed for less.
I imagine the 'better' (MOT) a vehicle is, the more it'd cost.
In Dec. 2016 I paid $10,000 for a well cared for specimen with 69K miles. It came with an unnoticeable small scrape (right rear) and dents in the roof from amateurish carrying of bicycles with padding.
Nowhere was paint broken.
I did get a new Volvo battery and 4 new mid-line tires in the deal.
With so few around, any seller knew your desires.
