Had a fairly long crack in the lower OS corner on my old screen, outside the swept area for about 6-7 years. Only the extreme cold we had in 2018 caused it to grow.
Also had another crack near that one, 9.5mm long and within the drivers eyeline, that was always an advisory for nearly 10 years.
Claimed on insurance, no problem.
I should have pushed or paid extra for an original screen, this NordGlass one is not that great.
