I am amazed. The VEEPEAK unit plus the app is an excellent bit of kit. I am really surprised how many parameters you can read with it.
The good news is all the fault codes it read were historic, I cleared them all and went out for a bit of a drive. Came back and read them again. Zero DTCs. Nice!

Nice! I've found it pretty useful too, lately been using it to keep an eye on various temperatures (coolant, oil, ATF, etc) to get a feel for what my D3 tends to do. Having said that, it does have its limitations. For example, I can't use it to get rid of the airbag light on the dash which I got from turning the ignition on while having the passenger side airbag switch disconnected
