this is a common problem caused by low voltage or a failing alternator. the crash data module has set a hdd code which cannot be erased with a code reader you will need to find the cause of your low voltage and fix it then send the module for repair. crash data in Liverpool do a postal service for this. the module is most likely to be under the center console. i have just repaired this problem on my c70. scan with vida to find your voltage loss and to confirm the crash module fault.
