Presume everyone thinks it's too firm?
Which I'd be surprised at considering the 16" wheels are the smallest fitment available and therefore the tallest sidewall tyre.
Perhaps try a summer tyre but can't see it making a massive difference being honest. Fitting bigger sized wheels would make it worse
