Perhaps the main downside is that the mileage is fairly high (although not crazy) at 93k. Think it's worth buying a V70 with this kind of mileage?

Anything that I should look out for that needs changed, timing belts etc?

The MOT's have been good but most recent one had an advisory for 'front outer drive shaft joint constant velocity boot severely deterioriated'. Having looked this up the boots cost about £25 with perhaps £150 of labour. Other than that it seems straight aside from a couple of scratches.

Any guidance appreciated!
The vast majority of experienced members on here would not bat an eyelid at that mileage, but would expect to see good service history.

But it's 8 years old so check it carefully and go for a good test drive. If you buy it - I would get the gearbox fluid changed if it is an auto/geartronic, and I'd do the timing belt as well if it hasn't been done for peace of mind (recommended interval is 10 years/108k miles).
