The slight squeak is probably a bit of trapped air in the system. Remove the brake light fuse to avoid flattening the battery then wedge the brake pedal down overnight, that may cure it. If not, wait until you bleed it again when you renew the fluid in a couple of years.

Glad you got mobile again anyway!
