Looks like it really needs a complete strip, dip, paint, and rebuild. And then what's the point? LHD, not on original engine. It's just a rusty old Volvo, they're not yet that rare to be worth saving.
The only way he's going to get that money for it is someone's grandad had one just like it and they've got fond memories of popping to Blackpool for ice cream and donkey rides in it.
