Hello, I’ve got a question Someone here might be able to answer.

I’ve just fitted a new EGR valve for my car, and it was fitted well and seems to work. After i installed it I found out that it was for chassis before 179692, and I’ve got chassis after 179692. Bought Valeo EGR valve, and as I said it seems to work fine.

Anyone know if I can expect any problems in the long term from this?

Volvo V50 1,6 T Diesel engine.
