It cleared it self overnight!
Thanks for the reply, and I am glad I waited to the next day before hitting the factory reset button as the volume is now working.
I do have CarPlay but it wasn’t connected when the fault started, but I still tried to connect it on/off to see if it would fit it. Which it didn’t. I am sure the fault happened during the entry of a new satnav location. Just after doing that, the volume just stayed on the satnav source.
I haven’t updated the software and the last service was July 2020+ the PP hose failure fix, so they might of updated the software then. I generally try not to fiddle with things like updated maps, software and even the aircon stays on the same setting for life.
