Is it Volvo dealer or Volvo specialist you are using? I ask as there is a plastic gauze filter that blocks with sludge in the bottle which will have needed cleaning. Simply replacing the pump will not alleviate your issues. The fact you have nothing to the rear jet neither, suggests the filter is blocked and/or the bottle and pipes are sludged up.

Common fault is corrosion inside the individual door motor bodies as well as seized/burnt out motors.

If you search either topic there are plenty of results to guide you or your garage if they aren't a Volvo trained workshop.
