The cheap one that's just finished has scruffy wheels, potential sill problems, broken/missing bits of trim, a dent in the O/S/R flank and generally looks used and abused - overall condition suggests a higher mileage realistically.
The expensive one has none of these apparent problems although there may be others unseen by photos. However is the lack of those cosmetic problems really worth £7k? Probably not but it will take a lot of TLC to bring the cheaper one up to a similar cosmetic standard.
