Running better today....the light is back on.
That aside, comments by both SWMBO and Dad about the noise have prompted the decision to replace the exhaust. In fairness I've patched it quite a bit over the last few months and it's proper blowing and rattling now, loose baffles in the first box I reckon. At the same time I've got a new NSF lower arm with bushes coming, that's been rattling for a while now and will no doubt be noted on the MOT. I'd rather be doing both jobs now in nice weather than taking a chance and having to do them come January MOT time.
