Having had the letter, I was happy to wait for a fix to be defined.

I got a phone call from my dealer a couple of weeks ago whilst on holiday in Australia and arranged for the recall to be done on my MY17 D5 V90cc the day after my return, which was yesterday.
Courtesy car supplied (nice XC40 R Design) and when I got home and checked the invoice I saw that they changed the split power pulse hose which they noticed. 2nd time this has been changed and this time I hadn't noticed it had failed. Embarrassing really as I'm obviously not driving it hard enough to spot.
I also got them to change the batteries in my Key fob which I had been having trouble doing and didn't want to break it. Only charged £6 for the batteries.
Can't fault Volvo, Poole; apart from it's a pain to get to from Winchester with the traffic.
Quite a few Volvos in Aus but I didn't see any V90's at all. Being a Hornitologist I absolutely loved the birds there.
