Within 3 months the haldex unit had issues. Volvo repaired immediately without issue as it was under warranty but they can be costly.

I think the issue is he needs a 7 seater that can tow larger loads well... so his choices are very limited to either a 7 seat 4x4 -or maybe a people carrier type.
