Got a refund on an EBay one from China when they could not sort my software issue (they did try in all fairness). So I did what I should have done in the first place and bought one from Simon. The installation was really tricky due to the previous failed installation and Simon put in some very long hours to get me sorted. Now up and working thanks to his outstanding customer support.
