Hi! My sender unit is totally empty. It has no float, it has no coils. Can i build or buy these coils?? How are they made???

There is a photo of a dissasembly of the unit in https://www.volvoclub.org.uk/faq/Fue...umpReplacement that shows "the coils" (that 2 rods)
