My rear pads on my 58 plate V70 first at 19k miles, but it was my company car so I wasn’t arguing the toss with my dealer as there was a good bit of meat left.
When I bought the car and stretched the use, my second set gave me 28k and they where down below 2mm by then.
Depending on your style of driving, but I’d say 31k is normal, and better than I got.
In comparison I got nearly 50k out of my front pads.
