Have to say I totally agree with you so no problem.
FRC in Swansea gave me a good price but one of their Eastern European chappies gave me a load of back chat whilst simultaneously illustrating he knew nothing about the products he was selling - for these reasons I took my business to Viva who were absolutely first rate. Faultless knowledge about what they were selling and could not have done more when my credit card company did the usual $US dishonour
And I saved over 150 quid ! Good call bigfella
