Saturday, I had a small problem (more irritation really) with my remote fob. Started walking away from the car and the remote would not lock the car. Kept on pressing (and it was bleeping) but to no avail. Walked back to the car to the drivers door, pressed and it locked.

Now I may be thinking on the wrong lines, but it was bitterly cold and I thought the temp (with the sun shining on the windscreen) might have an affect on the sensor and what it receives from the fob?

The last thing I would want is to buy another fob, £50 to lock doors!!!
