...anything is "possible" I suppose, but you would have to figure out the internal contact arrangement first, to see if it plays with the existing wiring (without an external relay to do switching which the switch does not accommodate), I don't know internal details of that switch so can't answer directly. Also, that Switch doesn't look like it has a lighted knob for local indication...it would have to be wired such that existing Directional Indicator reminds one that Hazard Flashers are engaged.

I prefer the SWF Switch as used in the 140s, or the nearest currently available NESAN Switch (NOT no-name clones which are horrendous in quality!). These have all contacts and switching necessary, plus a lighted Knob for a period correct appearance.
