And when I asked about the replacement part, the response was "I will go and look at the paperwork and call you back". Which amounts to "I never saw the papers you left in the car, even though you called up and told us to read them".

Thats appalling. Another Inde in Southport is the same. Even when you ask them to fit a part, still in its sealed wrapper from Volvo, whilst doing another job, they refused because 'they didn't supply it" - its from Volvo, still in its packaging !


Was this the same garage that took ages to diagnose your intercooler issue on your earlier post ?

Anyway, You'll know not to go back.
