Hi Gents
Thanks for the input, I have got the car back on the road but not done the stops yet.
Apparently my car should have the early link but it has a worn out latter type, which no longer latches on at the head end had these issues at 30k under warranty.
By way of a repair I tapped out the actuator spindle m5 and drilled the arm for a countersunk screw.
I have fashioned a kind of a leaf spring to hold the link on, in fact I am still running the old link at the moment it's working fine.
I have a new link which I will fit in the new year and attend to the stop mod.
I will try and post some pictures too (do you need to use a host for pictures)?
