Don't, it's that easy It was a decent spec, not the highest and other than the colour it isn't anything hard to find. I would just leave it and try again. VCUK are a pathetic excuse of an after sales service, they simply don't care! I wouldn't stress about buying one from a Volvo main dealer, they aren't that good. I have an AA after sales package with my V50 and it is so much more comprehensive than anything Volvo offer.
