I think though that taking into account the existing turbo age, the gains would be more than the 10bhp. You won't be getting the full amount from your current turbo due to old age & wear so you might be 20bhp or so down compared to when your car was new.

Changing for a new 19T would possibly get this back, then add the extra due to the larger turbo on top.

My 850R is currently running about 280bhp (crank) and it won't go any more. I've been advised that the 19T would be good not only for reclaiming the lost BHP but also for adding more on top! The problem is the cost. Say £650 for the 19T, £650 for the downpipe & race cat - then a remap and some labour etc too. Not cheap.
