Yes and no.
Yes, it is on the stock tires for this model for the US market -- Pirelli Scorpion Verde 20-inch.
No they are not summer tires. They are Mud and Snow rated (M+S) which is what I think of as a summer-biased all-season tire. When I lived in Montreal I would not have left them on in the winter. But living in Virginia now, they are plenty good enough for a snowfall here and there.
