I've had my V40 for a good few weeks now and just the other day I noticed a strange sound coming from the brake pedal. It occurs when I press the brake and sounds like air being compressed (it's not a hissing noise and it doesn't sound like air escaping). It sounds like this:

when he presses the brake in. Mine is not as loud or as pronounced and only happens when you push it quite far in.
Now maybe it has been there all along and I never noticed, or it's new and something is wrong.
Could anyone confirm if their V40 makes a similar noise?
The brakes appear to operate normally, at least so far!
