RE: 940. 2.4 TD. gearbox oil drainage plug.
Certainly sounds plausible Padrig. I will get the panel out again and look for dry joints. I should guve the gearbox another 5,000 miles before changing the oil. Your fuel cap certainly sounds as if it is wrong. If you find one in a scrappy make sure that the key is with it. Could you ask your servicing guy if he can change my cambelt for me. I can cope with the pump belt as I have the locking pin for the pump and can reach all the attachment bolts. The other belts (alternator and steering pump) I can also change but need a different one for tne alternator (shorter as I will soon fit my electric fan).
