As it seems that the XC90 rubber bush fix is no longer available. Can anyone recommend another method to cure axle ping?
I've thought about trying to make a similar rubber bush but without having an original I can't gauge the density.
It looks like we're stuck with using Loctite or something similar. So, can anyone suggest what type of loctite? how much to use and exactly where it goes?
The main dealer I spoke to said that what they do now is to apply the fix and leave it overnight to set fully but he didn't elaborate on what 'the fix' was.
