I'm on with building back up the top end after inspecting the cams ,valve clearance ,oil galleries, there is no evidence of oil starvation on the cam lobes or bearing cover the valve clearance on all inlet and exhaust are excellent . But after inspecting the camshaft seals they are all leaking slightly and the inlet front seal looks like it's been slipping around as there are marks on the cam bearing cover so in relation I believe that the camshaft cover wasn't down enough on torque I've bought the volvo special tools now that clamp the cover down so I'm putting it back on today
