www.mekonomen.se sell them in Sweden. But be aware their catalogue is wrong, I bought a skin front left to my 144 -73 but the skin
was for -74 and 240 series. But as John wrote if your inner frames are ok these may be ok with a little rebuild to fit 73 with separate windows.
