I bought a set of unused 2013 navigation disks from Ebay for my 2011 V60 SE Lux. (The original owner hadn't registered for free map upgrades). I went on the Volvo map site to get my activation code, but when I entered my VIN number, the product I bought wasn't listed. Having contacted them, they explained that that's because I didn't get the disks from them.

So can anyone tell me how to get a valid activation code?
