This will be an interesting trip indeed. 3 of the countries are in the arctic circle already. If you were to drive the most direct / economical route from Blighty you would most likely do France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and then pop next door either side during the 13 days. To visit 13 countries in as many days would mean going East-abouts, Germany, Poland, 3 or 4 of the Federated Russian States to arrive in the Murmansk area.
Which countries are you planning on bearing in mind visa's will probably be required and permits, etc. Like the idea but needs careful planning.
