I was pretty sure cambelts are 9 years or 108,000 miles. But I also have heard about the recall on the belt tensioners, it's a must to make sure it was done, probably why it's sometimes best to pay more to get dealer services I suppose. Anyhow, on topic, I hope you manage to get it sorted out for minimum cost
