Looking at your posts and pictures I thought I was looking at my car which is currently undergoing a remarkably similar treatment, although I don't have your metalwork skills unfortunately! Same colour too.
Great to see the approach and step by step pictures - not wishing to hijack your thread but my photos below - must get together when we're both finished! Front windscreen corners were just going as you have described, plus front wings only - insides were ok, and rear arches. Trying to get it finished to take on holiday in June!!
