I think there is the arguement that a low miler wil be clogged up ( DPF ), i agree that the engine will be just run in at 100k, but the rest of the car will be wearing out - ARB's, suspension arms, discs, squeaks, rattles, clutch, etc.
So i would prefer to go for low mileage example.
