Bluetooth speaker
 

Hi

Does anyone know if you can connect a Bluetooth speakers to the infotainment system in the new Xc90 to enhance the sound quality
Ordered mine without sound upgrade. I am thinking to purchase a BOSE Bluetooth speaker to enhance it.

Firstly I don't think it's easily possible. Secondly Bluetooth audio usually not sounds great because loss of quality during compression. You can do simple test. Compare music from your mobile via Bluetooth vs. cable in XC90 and you will be able to hear big difference. Bose may use Bluetooth 3.0 or even 4.0 but still it's compression.
I have standard audio as well and I believe quality it's acceptable (mainly listening classical music). I wish I have B&W but it's not worth to swapping car for it.
