Bevel gear XC90 2004
 

Hi, I have found the splines badly worn on the bevel gear input.
Where the sleeve fits. (Sleeve is completely shot!)
Difficult finding a good used one and Volvo want £1600 plus £250 for exchange!
With that in mind is there anyone out there that's knows of a work around. I.e
will a later type crown and pinion fit in my unit? If I rebuilt it
Would a later unit fit?
Will an auto unit fit my manual?
