What should I realistically pay for a 164 if I want a keeper? This has been for sale for years...literally!

Guy says he's been offered £7k. I can believe that tbh. But would I pay that for it? I wouldn't be looking to keep it and resell for a profit...but should my heart rule my head, because it ain't worth £10k!!!

I offered him £5k initially, then upped it to £6k. Think that's more than enough to pay!

well I have one I am about to sell
it was known in the club in the Hampshire branch
the reg number is OGL92 L
I have had it about 2 years

metallic blue
black leather in side need some restitching
manual with overdrive
its the E so injection
I have fitted new front brake hose and calipers

the main problem with it is i put it away for the winter and now the clutch is stuck
