Dirty rear doors.

This might interest some of you, concerning dirt on inner rear doors.
I have a part no: 32288517. @ £19 + pence.
This is a proper Volvo part, so hopefully will be a cure for the dirt.
Have ordered a pair, so will let you know how I get on.

Is £19 per door part so £38 in total? Are you fitting them yourself and where did you order them from?

My doors are filthy and it’s a nightmare for putting the baby in the car seat as you end up leaning against it.

Totally agree with you comments about the rear door, it would be good to hear how they go and if they are the solution to rather a poor design of the rear arch.

I do not have an XC60 but have read many comments about this problem and I am sure loads of owners will be thanking you for this, I am now wondering if Volvo are fitting these as standard now on new models, if not they should be.

They are £19 per pair. Are available from main dealer and supposedly take around 20mins to fit. All you need apparently is a torx screw driver.
Part no: 32288517.

Could you post a pic's once fitted, hopefully a solution.
I had a look a XC60 in the showroom today but it still had the current seal fitted, possibly not the latest built
Many thanks for the tip off

I’ve got the latest build and the problem still persists. Only had the car for three weeks. XC60 Edition.

I’ll definitely be ordering these.

Not my car, but should give you an idea.
Will post pictures of my own car when I get them fitted.

Just another picture, it looks like the darker the colour, the less likely it is to show.
